Introduction: The base film of this tape is polyimide, coated with silicon adhesive, combined with PET release liner. This tape has the excellent hi-temperature resistance, dielectric insulation, and solvent resistance. It is nontoxic, no smelling and environment friendly, no hangover after tear off. Due to the release liner, it is very convenient for die cutting.
